We are very pleased to be celebrating 25 years of VongDC this year!

2024 was a challenging year that concretised our convictions of making the world a better place.

Amongst the many diverse projects under developpement and construction this year, we were fortunate to been invited to participate in the Competitive consultation for the Ilot C2 – Quartier de l’Horloge in Romainville for Sequano – Résidence Sociale/Foyer pour jeunes Travailleurs/Locaux d’activités. Our response to the high density programme was to addresse the need for space to breath for the future habitants while marrying innovative construction techniques with adaptive/evolutive living spaces and usages.

We are very proud of our proposal ViRiDiS, our 6 months of dedication to its developpement and concertation with the Client, as well as the opportunity to present the project to the City of Romainville. While the competition remains without a conclusive Lauréat to date, we do hope that the principes and qualtities developped in our response may be appreciated and applied to future projects and collaborations: *Modular/off site prefabricated systems, *Mixed Concrete/wood structural systems, *Innovative integrated multi-use rooftop spaces (agri-urbain, city sport, water re-use, etc), Regenerative planting Ecosystems, as well as open and natural lighting for all the collective spaces.

Within the last months of the year, we are very grateful for the Inauguration of 2 special projects that we have been working on for some time in Drancy and Serémange-Erzange. Both were PILOT projects for our clients – reaching new levels of BIM integrated Dynamic Design, as well as quality environnemental and bioclimatic living systems :

SER – Cour des Lilas – 14 logements Collectifs & 6 Pavillions-Maisons – VIVEST

D11 – le Pré des Marais – 12 logements Collectifs & 17 parkings – OPH Drancy
